Berlin-based embedded/capital, a new venture capital fund led by cofounders Ramin Niroumand and Michael Hock of Finleap, has launched a new €100 million fund to back the next generation of fintech startups.

The newly created fund will continue to build on the momentum of fintech and the growing number of startups in the financial services space, particularly those looking to “embed” financial services into their overall business model. These investments will be at the pre-seed and seed stage and up to €4M in size.

Since its inception, embedded/capital has invested in five companies, including Nelly, pliant, and bezahl.de.
